Yes, we only sell exotic animal which only approved by PERHILITAN.

Due to respective rules & regulation, you can only purchase pet food and accessories with our online payment gateway.

For live exotic animals, you are advised to contact us or visit our nearest outlet to purchase with cash, debit/credit card, or direct bank transfer.

The content of terms and conditions may be change, move or delete at any time. Please note that EPSMY have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, EPSMY will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold EPSMY harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or www.exoticpetsstudio.com. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, www.exoticpetsstudio.com may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.

Bentara Pets Mover is appointed as EPSMY official shipping partner for PETS only.

J&T & Best Express is appointed as EPSMY official shipping partner for accessories & pet food.

For Pet Only

Shipping (Klang Valley): 2 days

Shipping (Peninsular Malaysia): 5-7 days

* We don’t ship to East Malaysia at the moment.

Pre-order/Backorders
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.

Shipping Rate

• Customer will be informed for the total amount of the shipping charges upon cart check out.
• Shipping rate is varied between West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
• EPSMY reserved the right to any initiation/cancellation of the Free Shipping service for our products and services.
• EPSMY reserved the right to the modification of shipping charges under special circumstances such as rate changes from our courier partners, changes in the size and weight of the item packaging and etc.

All pet purchase will be entitled for 1 month warranty. Should the pet encounter any health issue, customer is advised to return the pet to us within the warranty period. Inspection will be carried out and refund in store credit or replacement will be advised accordingly by our staff. For replacement, customer is eligible to replace with the similar value product or higher.

Full refund in cash form will be given if encountering any pet lost during transit period by our shipper.
